How to Register
All applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Full payment is due by June 1. For registrations after June 1, full payment must accompany registration. Space is not guaranteed until final payment is received.
We make every effort to accommodate changes in camper enrollment. Please contact the CSA Office at 805.684.4127 ext. 134 to inquire about your specific needs
All requests for changes must be confirmed in writing by sending a communication to the camp director’s email Jessica_seriano@cate.org
All changes in enrollment are dependent upon availability.
Any monies paid toward the balance of the program are refundable or transferrable up until April 1, provided that the camp office has been notified in writing of the withdrawal. After April 1, all camp fees are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes in programs will result in a camp credit. All Additional add-ons and transportation payments are non-refundable after June 1.
Once a session has reached its maximum enrollment, we form a wait list for that specific program session. There is no cost to remain on a wait list. If an opening becomes available, families are contacted in the order in which they were added to the wait list.
Cate Summer Sports requires each camper to have a physical examination and immunization history provided by a physician within 12 months of attending camp. This must be on file with the camp no later than June 1. It is the parents’ responsibility to bring any special concerns about their child to the Director’s attention at the time of initial registration.
