How to Register
All applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Full payment is due at the time of registration. Space is not guaranteed until final payment is received.
We make every effort to accommodate changes in camper enrollment. All requests for changes must be confirmed in writing by sending a communication to the camp director’s email Jessica_seriano@cate.org
All changes in enrollment are dependent upon availability.
Any monies paid toward the balance of the program (less $50 cancellation fee per week) are refundable up until June 1, provided that the camp office has been notified in writing of the withdrawal. After June 1, all camp fees are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes in programs will result in a camp credit. All Additional add-ons and transportation payments are non-refundable after June 1.
Once a session has reached its maximum enrollment, we form a wait list for that specific program session. In addition to the wait listed class, please select an alternative option in the instance that a spot does not become available. If an opening becomes available, families are contacted in the order in which they were added to the wait list.

Cate Summer Sports requires each camper to have a physical examination and immunization history provided by a physician within 12 months of attending camp. This must be on file with the camp by June 1. It is the parents’ responsibility to bring any special concerns about their child to the Director’s attention at the time of initial registration.
